The above refer to the official price per week, without food. Any surcharges for the following special services or discounts, are not included in the price.
- Stay from Saturday to Saturday
- Guarantee deposit => 100,-- € (will be refunded at departure)
- For electricity, gas and water => 26, -- € per week per person
- Cleaning => Bilo 50,-- € ,Trilo 55,-- €
- The kitchenette is not included in the cleaning costs and must therefore itself to be cleaned. Otherwise, 30,-- € must be paid.
- An additional bed => 50,-- € per week
- Baby cot => 30,-- € per week
- Pets up to 5 kg admitted on request => 25,-- € per week

The apartments "Domus Solianas" are situated in various housing estates in San Teodoro. The architectural style and the materials are in accordance with the local architecture of Gallura. San Teodoro is considered a modern and vibrant tourist destination and offers, even to the most demanding tourists, all the necessary amenities. The lively seaside life will take place on the sandy beach of "La Cinta". This is easily reached from the centre. Directly behind the beach extends the fish-rich Stagno of San Teodoro, breeding area, among other species to the herons or mallard ducks. San Teodoro is always worth a holiday.
