Price annotations |
The above refer to the official price per night / apartment without food. Any surcharges for the following special services or discounts, are not included in the price.
- Minimum stay 7 nights
- Guarantee deposit => 150,-- € (will be refunded at departure)
- For electricity, gas and water: 148,-- € for the first week and 91, -- € from the 2nd Week
- On arrival, please check in at the b&b Verdemare
- Keys from 16.00 to 20.00. For delays without notice, 50, - € will be charged to the account.
- On departure the rooms must be cleared until 10:00. If delays (up to 15 hours), 60,-- € will be charged
- Extras (towels, TV, baby cot, etc. ..) only on location
- Detergents, hair dryer, iron and microwave are not provided
- Bed sheets are provided, but blankets only in the cold season, or on request (surcharge)
- The waste must be disposed in the containers provided at the street and the laundry must be folded on the table
- The kitchen and the refrigerator must be cleaned before check out. Plates, cutlery and pots must also be cleaned.
- The water is supplied by the village and cannot be guaranteed. However, each house has a water cistern. In case of inadequate water consumption, 60,-- € will be charged
- Pets are admitted depending on the house and only on request. Animals should not be confined to the beds, sofas, or the couch. The animals must have their own cot. Furthermore, a valid vaccination certificate is necessary and on departure the apartment must be disinfected.
Extras (on location):
- TV => 4,-- € per day
- Washing machine => 10,-- € per day
- Cot / cradle => 8,-- € per day
- Bed linen => 7,-- € per week/change
- Towels => 7,-- € per week/change
- Cleaning of the refrigerator and the stove => 50,-- €
- Breakfast => 4,-- € per day/person
- Small, vaccinated pets => 5,-- € per day
- Larger, vaccinated pets=> 7,-- € per day
Cancellation fees
- 40 to 60 days before the scheduled arrival => 5% of the total amount
- 20 to 39 days before the scheduled arrival => 20% of the total amount
- 4 to 19 days before the scheduled arrival => 30% of the total amount
- 0 to 3 days before the scheduled arrival => 100% of the total amount

The house "Villa Lucilla" has a privileged position and is quite isolated from the other houses. The calm and privacy are absolutely guaranteed. The house has a nice furnished interior terrace from where you can look to the sea and relax, far from curious views. The house has plenty of green vegetation and it is only a few steps away from the small and romantic bays of this unique coast line.
