The prices are per week/apartment. Possible surcharges or discounts are not considered yet.
- Stays only from Saturday to Saturday
- Weekly change of bed linens and towels
- At arrival guarantee deposit ==> 200,-- € per apartment
- Final cleaning: Mono 65,- €, Bilo 85,-- €, Trilo 100,-- € (with exception of the kitchenette, that must be cleaned by the guests before leaving. Otherwise 50,-- € will be charged)
- Air conditioning can be used on request for 50,-- € per week (July and August), 30,-- € in the other months.
- Cot: 25,-- € per week
Sunloungers are available on location. (surcharge)
In Villasimius, a comunal visitor's tax of 1,-- € per day/person must be paid.

The nice residence Le Bouganville is ideal for all those who want to spend a relaxing holiday close to beautiful beaches, but also close to the centre of a nice and busy town. A car is not necessarly needed, since the town can be easily reached by foot. Service and hospitality are always guaranteed in the residence Le Bouganville. The common tv room next to the bar is particularly loved by the kids, because there it's possible to socialise and find new friends very easily. The bouganvillea plants and the nice garden around the pool make of the residence a beautiful mediterranean oasis. In the nearby centre of Villasimius you will find all necessary amenities to guarantee a perfect holiday. You will find lots of shops, ATM, ice cream parlours, pubs and excellent restaurants and pizzerias.
